The final spun thread has been plied together with just enough twist to prevent pilling but in a way to allow the fabric to softly drape. This lace weight yarn will create a wonderfully soft handle that is suitable for all types of knitting and crochet and it can easily be used double for fingering weight patterns. It is particularly well suited to shawl designs.

Bloomsbury DK is a beautiful silky soft DK weight yarn, spun from the softest merino wool. This hand-dyed yarn is perfect for knitting cosy sweaters and scarves and will knit to any DK weight pattern. Bloomsbury has a wonderfully soft handle that is luxuriously gentle on the skin, and suitable for all types of knitting and crochet. Pembroke Worsted is made in Peru and hand dyed in small batches to achieve the rich, pure tones of gems and minerals. Its versatile worsted weight will create beautifully soft, yet durable sweaters and accessories and will knit to any worsted weight pattern.

Look forward to the chilly weather with our new line, Hudson Worsted. This aran weight yarn is a cosy combination of 85% merino and 15% yak hair. The mix of spicy shades and moody greys and blacks are tempered by a heathered effect in the yarn. Perfect for accessories.
